Welcome to the official and only website for the band, Peter Cat Recording Co (referred to also as ‘PCRC’). By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website.

Severability Clause

It is our belief that the Terms do not contain any provision contrary to law. However, if any part of the Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, you agree that: (a) that part shall nevertheless be enforced to the extent permissible in order to effect the intent of the Terms, and (b) the remaining parts shall be deemed valid and enforceable.

Ticket Sales and Events Policy

a) All tickets sold through our website are subject to availability.

b) The tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as provided in this policy.

c) The resale of tickets is prohibited and will render the ticket void.

d) We reserve the right to cancel any ticket order that we believe has been made fraudulently.

e) In the case of a cancelled show, we will issue a full refund to the original purchaser.

f) In the case of a postponed show, we will provide access to the rescheduled show via old tickets sold for the cancelled show on a case-by-case basis.

g) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the advertised date of a performance is subject to change as we abide by local and federal guidelines. Original tickets will be valid for any rescheduled date or reissued.

h) The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during or after the same. PCRC, PCRC Members, Booking Agents, PCRC Management, Venue operators, employees, and/or venue volunteers cannot/will not be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.

Merchandise Sales Policy

a) All merchandise sales are final.

b) We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is defective or damaged from our end. We will not bear responsibility for any damages during delivery if the product is being delivered by a third party.

a) We reserve the right to update or change our policies without prior notice or indication.

b) We strive to satisfy all our customers, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on our website, and we are not liable for any errors or omissions.
