📦 Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship only within India. For international orders, please visit our global store: https://thecbpstore.com/collections/pcrc/

• Shipping Timeline: Orders will be processed and shipped within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

• Dispatch Notification: You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details if applicable.

• Shipping Charges & Taxes: Product prices displayed on PCRC.in exclude shipping and GST, which will be calculated at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure that you love what you receive. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

• Incorrect or Damaged Items:
  If you receive the wrong product, or your item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at store@pcrc.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

• Resolution:
  Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable. We may request the return of the incorrect/damaged item.

• No Returns for Change of Mind:
  Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than incorrect or damaged items. All sales are final.
